當(dāng)對年青生命逝去感喟的同時(shí)，我不禁撫躬自問，“莫非他們的心在面臨堅(jiān)苦時(shí)是如斯懦弱，只有逃避才可以解決，甚至不吝健康和生命的價(jià)格?莫非這真的是哀痛世界嗎？”

While sighingat the great loss of the young lives, I cannot help but asking: "are their hearts so fragile that when facing difficulties, the only way out is to escape, even at the cost of health and death? Is this world a really miserable world?"

以是今晚，讓我們撫躬自問一下吧，若是我們的孩童們能活到下個(gè)世紀(jì)，若是我的兩個(gè)女兒有幸活到安尼克松庫柏那樣的年齡，他們將看到什么樣的革新呢？

So tonight, let us askourselves, if our children should live to see the next century; if my daughters should be so lucky to live as long as ann nixon cooper, what change will they see?
